Regole per spostare le lezioni online:
- Puoi spostare la lezione gratis: Se hai un imprevisto, manda un’email a lezioni@caffescuola.com almeno 24 ore prima dell’appuntamento. Cercheremo insieme una nuova data disponibile.
- Se avvisi all’ultimo momento: Se scrivi con meno di 24 ore di anticipo, la lezione purtroppo andrà persa e non potrai recuperarla.
- Lezioni sempre al sicuro (nessuna scadenza): Non offriamo rimborsi in denaro, ma se hai bisogno di fare una pausa puoi congelare il tuo pacchetto a tempo indeterminato. Le tue lezioni non scadono mai: puoi riprenderle e usarle quando sarai di nuovo pronto, anche a distanza di mesi!

Refund and Returns Policy
Digital products, such as ebooks and audiobooks, are non-refundable. The customer agrees to waive the right of withdrawal upon downloading.
Rules for rescheduling online lessons:
- Rescheduling the lesson for free: In case of unexpected events, send an email to lezioni@caffescuola.com at least 24 hours before the appointment. We will check the current availability together to find a new suitable slot.
- Last-minute notice: In case of notifications sent less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will unfortunately be lost and cannot be recovered.
- Lessons always safe (No expiration date): Cash refunds are not provided, but in case of need, it is possible to freeze the package indefinitely. Your lessons never expire: you can resume and use them whenever you are ready again, even months later!
